Sunrise Beach Front
Turned to the east and the open water, with the sand a step from the door and the sunrise at your window.
A barefoot sanctuary on a living local island — where whale sharks drift past the house reef and the lagoon glows silver after dark.
Aqua Luna sits at the tide line of Dhangethi, a centuries-old fishing island where the pace is set by the sea. There is no resort gate here — only sand streets, frangipani, and neighbours who become familiar by the second morning.
We keep just eight rooms so the island never feels crowded and the ocean always feels close. Days unfold simply: a dawn swim, a long lunch, the slow drift toward a saltwater sunset.

Turned to the east and the open water, with the sand a step from the door and the sunrise at your window.
Our Premium room with a deep soaking bathtub — for long, slow evenings after the salt and the sun.
A calm, light-filled room a few steps from the tide, with a king bed and a quiet corner for the morning sun.
Our kitchen cooks what the island lands each morning — reef fish over coconut husk, garden greens, fruit cut at the table. Most evenings end on the rooftop, plates between the lanterns and the stars.
Dhangethi lies on the migratory line of South Ari Atoll, where whale sharks and manta rays pass close to shore the year through. Dive the house reef before breakfast, drift a channel by afternoon, or simply float the lagoon as the light goes gold.
Treatments are taken in an open pavilion at the water's edge, to the rhythm of the tide. Sunrise yoga on the sand, ocean-salt rituals, and slow massage with island-pressed coconut oil.
