Dining

The Table

Caught at dawn

Served at dusk.

Our kitchen cooks what the island lands each morning. Reef fish over coconut husk, greens from the garden, fruit cut at the table — simple food, handled lightly, eaten slowly.

There is no long menu and no rush. Tell us how you like to eat and we will cook around it; most evenings drift up to the rooftop as the light goes.

Where you'll eat

Three quiet tables.

Dinner

The Rooftop

Most evenings end up here — plates between the lanterns and the stars, the day's catch over coconut husk, and the sound of the sea below.

Breakfast & lunch

The Shoreline

Breakfast and long, slow lunches on the sand — fruit cut at the table, fresh bread, garden greens and whatever the morning boats bring in.

By arrangement

Private Dining

A table set just for you — on a bare sandbank, at the water's edge, or quietly in your villa. Tell us the occasion and we'll keep it simple and right.

A typical day

Morning to evening.

Morning

Fruit cut at the table, fresh bread, eggs as you like them, and coffee that takes its time.

Midday

Reef catch and garden greens on the sand — light, cool and unhurried.

Evening

The grill on the rooftop: fish landed that day, an island curry, and the last of the light over the lagoon.

Vegetarian, vegan and allergy needs are handled gladly — just let us know on enquiry.
